Alice personality type is INFP, which is the rarest type in the world, so rare that the author of my book is one of them.
I was very inspired by her book, though I didn't read it all the way through. I only read the first chapter, which was enough for me to understand myself better.
So if you're an INFP like me (and most probably) this book is for you. It will definitely give you some insight about your personality, along with some practical advice that will help you to improve yourself.
Even if you're not an INFP like me, this book is still worth reading.
Another book that I recommend for everyone (especially introverts) is "Impeccable with Imperfections" by Dr. Paul Ekman.
I know, I know, this book is not interesting at all, but I think it's very important for everyone to read it at some point in their lives.
It will help you to understand yourself better and also help you to understand the people around you better.
I found Dr. Ekman's book by accident, but it was a good accident. So I recommend you to do the same.
