Coming from a long line of Sugawara ancestors, Seika is a very prideful and proud girl, as she is often seen siding with her family members whenever they have an argument, and after being made to work along with them at the family restaurant for a week, she grew to dislike them. She also has a tendency to talk about herself a lot, as well as being somewhat of a know-it-all, as she frequently talks about how she could have done things differently. She is also very blunt about her feelings, as she once told a fellow classmate that not only was she a terrible cook, but she also had a horrible sense of taste. She is also a bit of a masochist, as seen when she is manipulated by Junichi into breaking off their relationship.
When it comes to her family however, Seika loves them very much.
