INTJ Personalities
INTJ personalities are sometimes referred to as the “The Architect”, “The Chief” or “The Chief Executive Officer”. They are usually highly intelligent, but have a tendency to disregard the feelings of other people. They are usually very logical, but can appear to be cold and emotionally detached. They are usually articulate, but may have difficulty expressing themselves verbally. They are usually highly creative, but tend to hold themselves back. They can be almost perfectionists, but can also have a tendency to become over-critical of others.
INTJ personalities are often portrayed in movies and books as being depressed, moody and introverted. This is not entirely accurate. While INTJs can experience mood swings, they are not like the mood swings experienced by the ENTP (The Entertainer) or the ISFJ (The Caregiver) types. The INTJ personality type is often portrayed as being unhappy with their life, because they tend to be perfectionists and may feel that others are better off than they are. This is not necessarily true, however.
