Ngunda Oti personality type is ESTP, it is definitely more of a "workaholic" type than a "playful" type. In the case of my husband I am the playful one and he is the "workaholic", he is the one who gets things done and I simply play around. I can't ever understand how someone can actually be so focused even when they are having fun.
There is definitely a lot of pressure on him in terms of his career as well as his responsibility to his family. When we first met he has been working for about 5 years and has a young child. He was with his previous company for about 5 years, and it was a very big company that he was with for about 10 years. So, in some aspect he had a lot of pressure from his previous employer, but I guess that he has been able to deal with it.
To my surprise he started to talk about his previous employer and how he really wanted to leave and start his own business. I was OK with that because I just knew that that would not happen but I also knew that it was not a good idea for me to keep pushing him because once he decides to do something, he would do it no matter what.
