Kevin French personality type is INTP, and is a great example of how this personality type can be very successful in the "big corporations" of today. He is a very innovative and creative individual, but not one to go off on his own and create his own ideas. He is a very good strategist and can think on his feet, and as I mentioned, is a very good salesman. My point is that this personality type is the one that the big corporations need. They need technical people that can think through problems and come up with the right solutions. Unfortunately, many people do not see this person type as a good fit for the corporate world. Many times they are looked down upon as being lazy, a dreamer, too much time off, or too unconventional. I am sure you have heard phrases like these before. But in reality, INTPs are some of the most hard working people you will ever meet. They are not only good at what they do, but they like to learn more about their job. This personality type is known for having a large knowledge base and being able to do many things at once. INTPs are obviously very intelligent but they are also very people oriented.
