Dad Egbert personality type is ENFJ, and this character is NOT a good example of an ENFJ. The main reason for this is because the show didn't allow him to develop as a character. There was no room for him to be sympathetic or develop as a character. He's an ENFJ, and he's never allowed to be one on the show. He's the absolute worst kind of ENFJ, and I believe that he's supposed to be a bad ENFJ.
There are other characters on the show who are ENFJ personality types, but they're presented well enough that they can be seen as good examples of type. For example, Dwight Schrute is an ENFJ personality type, but he is still a well-developed character because he is allowed to have fun, be himself, and express himself. The same goes for Toby Flenderson, who is an ENFP personality type. He is also well-developed because he is allowed to explore his emotions and have fun.
I believe that Dwight Schrute is an ENFJ personality type, and I think that he would be a great example of an ENFJ.
