Peter Barlow personality type is ISFP, but the more I've read about him, the more it's become clear to me that he's an INTJ. And I've got a good inkling that his true personality type is ISTP.
When you combine ISTP with his in-depth knowledge of psychology, it's easy to see why he's so effective at helping people. He's super-intelligent, but he's also super-logical, which is why he thinks in abstracts that are easy to understand. And he's quick to act when something needs fixing.
If you're an ISTP, you've probably heard of this book before. But most ISTPs (including me) don't like to talk about it because we don't like to make ourselves look bad.
But if you're an ISTP with at least a moderate interest in psychology, you'll probably love the book.
The only downside is that it's really long (over 500 pages). But once you start reading, it's easy to get through.
What I like most about this book is that it gives you insights into both sides of yourself.
