The idea of a portal to the afterlife is not uncommon among ENTPs. In some cases, this outlook is based on the idea that the individual who leaves will be able to return from the afterlife. In other cases, it is based on the belief that the physical world is a kind of illusion, and that the individual who departs will be able to become physically embodied in a new body. In still other cases, it is based on an acceptance of the limitations of the physical world, and a desire to escape from it.
