I think that the best way to describe my type is that I am a highly sensitive type that manages to be actively introverted. I am hyper vigilant to my environment and to people's feelings, but my sensitivity also serves as an excellent filter after I have filtered out most of the information. This filter lets me know what is most important so that I can respond accordingly, but it also gives me the ability to bring people together to work through problems, which is why I feel so strongly about being a mediator.
I have developed the trait of being highly focused on the task at hand. I can be so intent on accomplishing my goals that I am apt to dismiss anyone that gets in the way. I have learned that this trait can be useful in that it can help me to focus my attention on what I need to focus on, but it can also get me into a lot of trouble. It is because of this trait that I have learned to recognize when other people are trying to get in the way of my goals and to either ignore them or work around them.
