They wanted to draw and paint and write and sing and perform. But they were stuck in their heads trying to figure out what they were going to paint and write and sing and perform.
When I talk to ISTPs about their desire to be more creative and expressive, they often start to get really stressed out and overwhelmed. I explain that when they get overwhelmed when they try to be creative and expressive when they should be working on the hard work, it's because they are trying to figure out what they are going to do, when they could just get it done.
