Diego Casteli personality type is ENFP, which is one of the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, and although he doesn't share the same name as me, I am convinced that this is a coincidence. We share a love of books, food and travel, and we both live by a mantra of 'live in the moment'. This is certainly true for Diego, who has been described as having 'the energy of an excited child', but also for me, who enjoys the seemingly simple things in life like running and reading.
So, when I heard about Diego's new project, a series of digital 'cookbooks' for the iPad (as well as a book compiling the recipes from the app), I was really impressed. He calls it the 'InstaCookbook' and it's available on iTunes for the iPad and the iPhone (but not on the Mac – that's what I have).
I was invited to be part of the launch party for this project, and of course I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. Here are some of my favourite recipes:
