Téo personality type is ENFJ, which means he is good at organizing, good at solving problems and is a great communicator. However, that does not mean that Téo is a great leader. To be a good leader, you have to have the ability to inspire the people around you to follow you, you need to be someone others look up to and you need to be able to organize people. Téo has many people that follow him around and they do not think of themselves as leaders, they think of themselves as followers. Téo is almost like a king in the sense that he can make people do anything. However, he is not very convincing in his leadership because Téo's leadership is based on fear and intimidation. Téo can make people do anything… but he can't make them like it. The only way Téo can make people like it is if they are doing what he wants them to do in order to get what he wants. When it comes down to building something, Téo can be very hard working and relentless, but when it comes down to making people like what he built, he fails.
