Buzz Buzzard personality type is ESTP, and I certainly like to think of myself as a bit of a renegade. I like to think I’m the type of person who is always up for an adventure, who is always thinking about something new and exciting, and who thinks he’s the only one who sees the funny side of things. There’s a part of me that likes to think that I’m the guy who gets the girls and the guys and all that is interesting, and that I can be a bit of a ladies’ man. This is not the case, but it does explain why I’m such a good negotiator – because if I’m trying to impress someone, I’m going to be drawing on all of those characteristics.
But after years of negotiating, I’ve come to the conclusion that every character trait is actually a positive. It is true that I can be somewhat aggressive, and that it is true that I don’t see the funny side of things – but it is also true that with all those characteristics, I am probably able to accomplish what I set out to do.
