The INFPs are not fond of following a plan, unless they are the one putting the plan into action. (I shall call this “being the boss”.) This can be a source of frustration for them, as they will find it hard to express their feelings to others, especially if they are part of a team. They may even find themselves trying to micromanage, rather than being allowed to figure out how to do something on their own.
