The character was based on real life murder victim, Mary Rogers, who was known for dressing up in costume as Freddy Krueger, a character from the horror movie franchise, A Nightmare on Elm Street. The character was featured in the episode "Bloodline" of season 3, and later "Red Flag" of season 6. Her final appearance was in "Meltdown" of season 9.
