These individuals are often very good at identifying their own strengths and weaknesses, and they tend to be very active in groups or organizations where they get to use all their strengths (and often their weaknesses too). “They like to get involved and make a difference,” says Davidson.
The downside of this kind of personality is that it can easily become self-indulgent and neglectful of duties at home or work. That’s where having a good sense of what people (or at least children) need from you comes in.
