The INFJ is the rarest personality type yet, probably because it doesn’t always come across as it should. In fact, the INFJ is so rare, that there isn’t even a recognized way to define it. Luckily, we have an INFJ in our office to help us define what makes this personality type so unique.
The INFJ’s Introverted Intuition
Our INFJ friend, who prefers to remain anonymous, says, “I feel that INFJs have a very strong intuitive sense. We can see things that others cannot. We have a special ability to see things that others cannot see at all. This trait is the reason why we make such good counselors and counselors-in-training.”
The INFJ’s Extraverted Feeling
In the midst of all this introverted intuition, the INFJ has a powerful extraverted feeling. The INFJ doesn’t always feel connected to other people. However, this ability to connect with others is a core value for INFJs. The feeling of connectedness is a key driver of INFJs.
