Christina Posabule personality type is ISFJ, and I am also ISFJ. We share a LOT of similarities and we both want to be the best boss we can be and the best leader we can be.
I love her. As a boss, she's awesome. She's clear, direct, but also really understanding and empathetic. She's also really smart and knows what she's talking about.
When it comes to politics, I agree with her on most things (for example, I'm a bit skeptical on open borders and I think that we should do everything we can to keep people safe and keep our country secure).
But we also disagree on a lot of things, and we have our disagreements and arguments and debate them and we both learn from each other and become stronger as a result.
I'm so glad I found her. I would recommend her as a boss to anyone looking for a boss with strong beliefs.
