Kazutaka Hongou personality type is INTJ, but he's more of a strategist. He's outspoken and direct, but he's also a lot less willing to get into a fight than most INTJs. He does this because he really doesn't like to waste time on getting into fights. Instead, he'll go straight to the point and try to talk you out of whatever it is you're trying to do. Kazutaka has a hard time getting along with anyone who's going to argue with him, or anyone who's obviously just going to argue with him. He would rather talk things out than get into an argument, and he goes to great lengths to avoid any kind of confrontation. He usually finds himself in this position because he's trying to talk someone out of something that they're going to have to do anyway. Kazutaka is also very optimistic, so if you're trying to tell him something bad is going to happen, he's going to brush it off as not being that big of a deal.
