Weaknesses of the ENFJ
1. They too easily get caught up in the details. ENFJs are excellent at managing details and achieving results. This can work well for them, particularly during high pressure times. The problem is that they often become obsessed with details, losing their ability to see the big picture.
2. They explore all options before making a decision. ENFJs are great at planning and strategizing, but they can become so overwhelmed by different possibilities that they lose sight of what is important. They may seem indecisive because they are trying to make the right decision, even though they are uncertain of the best decision.
3. They can show off their knowledge. ENFJs are very knowledgeable people. They like sharing their knowledge with others, and they enjoy helping others learn new things. They may find themselves speaking to people who don’t really care about what they are saying, but instead are only interested in hearing what they know (which is usually a lot).
