History and Characterization
Amatsukaze is the oldest of the Kamikaze siblings, he was created by Shigure to replace Yukikaze, who was destroyed by Akatsuki in The Last: Naruto the Movie. In the movie, he was named after the shinto emperor Amatsu Tenno.
Amatsukaze was created to be the ultimate Kamikaze and Shigure hoped he would be able to beat Akatsuki.
