ISTP (XwX)
Atlanta personality type is ISTP, the Archer (or "Wanderer"). The ISTP is responsible for a lot of the quirky and humorous bits in a book. I can't say that it's a "type" of character that is particularly common, but it's in there nearly all the time. Everyone has a few ISTPs in their stack of characters. The ISTP is my favorite type to write, because they are so unpredictable, and they add a lot of humor to a story.
What is the importance of the title?
The name "Drew" is not important to the story, but I was very pleased with it. The name comes from my brother's first name, which is also Drew. The origin of the name comes from the old Drew Carey Show on ABC. It's funny, but I've always enjoyed his show. It's been years since I've seen it, but it was one of the first shows I ever watched religiously as a kid.
What is your favorite type of story to write?
It would be hard to choose just one, but I would have to go with "mystery" stories, especially mysteries that center around crime.
