Josie personality type is INTJ, but there really aren't any common traits that define INTJs, so I'm not entirely sure.
My initial impression of Josie was I think it is based off of the show (although I know nothing of the show) and is most likely what I would expect of an INTJ.
I really like this element of characterization, but the only thing I would change about Josie is to make her a bit more timid. When she gets scared, she does tend to run away, which can be a very INTJ thing to do.
I would also recommend more of a physical description of her.
Overall, I really like this element of characterization, and I think it is done very well.
Ember is the other main character. She is ENFP.
My initial impression of Ember was she's a pretty typical ENFP - she's very bubbly, outgoing, and always wants to be doing things. It's hard for her to sit still.
This is really good characterization for all ENFPs, but I think it could be improved by expanding on the traits more.
