For example, if you are extroverted, you may be so focused on other people that you forget to take care of yourself. You might not eat properly or exercise.
Or you might not pay close enough attention to what your body needs, so that you become overweight or sick. Or you might become so caught up in your extroversion that you lose track of things that are important to you. So you might not spend enough time with family or friends.
If you are extroverted, you may put too much emphasis on the other person’s needs.
