Arsalan personality type is ENFP, so I'd say it's pretty accurate.
The only thing I might suggest is that you replace "More Advanced" with "Most Advanced", to make it clear that Arsalan is not supposed to be the smartest Cleric of the party.
I'm not sure if you're aware, but you can apply the extra Clerical spells you know to your Cleric, if you use the Arcane Cleric variant.
Also, there's no need to imply that Clerics can use martial weapons. Clerics are meant to be the backbone of the party, and they should be able to heal, buff, and do martial damage.
I'm still doing some work on this, so I'll take your suggestions into account. The thing is, I want Arsalan to be able to fight well enough to hold his own, but not to be a tank. I'd like him to be able to do the split-second decisions that real people make. And I think that if he can't do that, he's not really doing his job properly.
