Mushra personality type is ESFP, but I've known many ENFPs who are not very comfortable with this type and instead use the ESFP as a means to an end. For example, an ESFP may be a very outgoing, social person but will use a more introverted "I'm not really that comfortable around people" type as a means of getting through the day.
In this post I'd like to discuss how I see the ESFP personality type and how you can use it to your advantage.
ESFP personalities can have a tendency to be perfectionists. In fact, they have a pretty high level of perfectionism (which is why they are often seen as being very hardworking). However, this perfectionism is extremely well-intentioned and is not a sign of being a negative person or someone who is difficult to get along with (or who will be difficult to work with). In fact, many ESFPs are excellent team players because they are willing to make concessions and take risks when it comes to getting the job done.
So, how can you use this personality type to your advantage?
