Yamada-san personality type is ESFP, but I feel like it's more a Ni-Ti than an Ni-Fe. I guess it's a type that's not quite well-represented in the anime fandom, but I always see it described as being something like a more outgoing (and more reasonably ethically inclined) version of the tsundere.
I felt that I could connect to her character more than the other two, because my professional life is also very demanding. Yamada-san has to deal with work in addition to family. And then there are rumors that she's a bit of a pervert.
I feel like this is why I've been able to relate to her character more, and why I feel I can identify with her.
L: How about you, Yamada-san?
Y: Well, I can't help but feel a bit self-conscious about the pervert rumors. But there's no way I'd be caught in such a situation. I just don't have any interest in things like that. If anything, I'm just a very normal person.
L: For example?
Y: Well, when I'm at work, I don't really like to stand out.
