What is the personality type of Swimming? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Swimming from Athletics and what is the personality traits.
Swimming personality type is ISTP, an introverted sensing type. I have always been a more quiet individual, but I have found that this is the perfect way to be in the water— where I can be myself without worrying about what others are thinking of me. I can create my own sensory experience and enjoy it to the fullest—something that is not easily done in the real world.
Being an ISTP in the water has helped me become more confident, too. In our society, we are always told to “be ourselves”, but in reality, it is not always an easy thing to do. People can often expect us to act a certain way or say things that we don’t really mean. This can cause us to feel judged and uncomfortable. I find that when I am in the water, I can relax and just be myself. It is a place where I can truly be myself and not have to worry about what others think of me. I love that part of swimming – the part where you are left to your own thoughts and feelings.
