It seems that the individual questions are not carefully thought out and designed to get at the true nature of the individual being tested. Instead, they seem to be more of a general test that is not finely tuned to the exact nature of the person being tested.
I will say that while some of the questions are pretty weakly worded, there are some gems in there.
