The ENTP is the role model for the “Synthesist” in the Myers-Briggs world. Here’s what Wikipedia says about the ENTP:

They are more likely to start a new business than any other type, and they are often the ones who introduce new ideas into their field, either by starting their own companies or by starting new fields of study. However, because they are also not afraid to take risks, many ENTPs are good business leaders, but not good managers.”
So, what does this mean for us? It means that when it comes to business, my favorite is an ENTP. I like the idea of not knowing what’s going to happen in our business relationships. I like the idea of experimenting with new things in our business relationships.
