What I mean is that you'll find yourself in a different environment and different types of people. Your life will be more complicated and you'll have to deal with different problems and different people. And then a few years later when you're back in your original environment you'll find that people have changed, so you'll have to learn to adapt to the new environment.
I think that this personality type needs a great deal of change in order to thrive, because the world is constantly changing and you have to change with it. If you don't change, you'll probably lose your grip on what it means to be an ENFP. You might end up being more of an INFP, which is okay, but it doesn't really feel as natural as being an ENFP.
