They have a very strong work ethic and they are well organised. So, they had to be taken on an emotional level. They were not used to being led by a woman, so it was a very good challenge for me.

I am most proud of my work in the Middle East. It was very hard work, but it was very interesting work. I like challenges and I always like to be involved in things that are out of the ordinary, different from what people are used to in Nouakchott.

I did not get into credit cards business, I got into Internet business.
