I've always been interested in people and how we communicate and interact with each other, and these days I'm more interested in how we communicate and interact with ourselves. How we communicate and interact with ourselves can be a great place to start to understand ourselves and others.
I've been thinking a lot about communication and I've been reading up on it. For example, I came across this list of ways that we communicate - I found it interesting that I use many of the same ways that other people do and other ways that they don't, so I thought it might be interesting to share my observations and how they may relate to other people.
I also thought it might be useful if we could take a look at these communication styles and see where we fit within them, and see why we fit within them as well as the impact that type has on our lives as individuals as well as a society as a whole.
