After learning that Richard has been appointed as the Seeker of Truth, he dedicates himself to the defense of the Seeker. He continues to fulfill this role, with Richard saving him and his loved ones lives a number of times, until he goes home to Westland to be with his family with his adopted daughter, Rachel.
