I agree with you about her being quiet, but I don't think she's an introvert. She's got a dry sense of humor, but she's not completely devoid of emotion. She's obviously close to her parents, but she's not as demonstrative as her younger sister. She's very loyal and she's very concerned about her friends and family, but she's also very direct and rarely gets upset about minor things.
I think the only way I'd be able to tell if she was an introvert would be if she were to be asked to talk about herself and then the interviewer started to put pressure on her and she started to clam up and then they would stop and say that they were just trying to learn more about her and ask her questions about herself and then she'd open up and give them a lot of information. That would be a pretty good indication that she was an introvert.

The Servbots serve as a source of comic relief for the majority of their appearances.
