Velocity personality type is ISFJ, who, as we all know, are warm and friendly in nature with a tendency to take things personally. In my case, I don’t have a great deal of confidence in my ability to make decisions and take on a big project. I prefer to have someone else in charge, which is one of the reasons I’m so excited that I’ve started to work with the ISFJ.
The ISFJ is responsible for taking care of the home and family, and for the most part, they are absolutely wonderful at it. I’ve described them as “the mother hen of the world” and there is a lot of truth to that. The ISFJ is very aware of how things should be done and they take their position seriously. They are very organized in their own thinking, but they can also be a little bit rigid.
INTJ is the oldest of the three major types and is the most independent. The INTJ is very interested in the future and has a desire for freedom and autonomy. INTJs are not very concerned with the past, nor are they particularly good at dealing with relationships.
