He's just one of those guys who has a big ego, but he's also one of those guys who is a very good-natured person, who is always willing to help others and make someone else's problem his own. But he feels very strongly about himself and his self-image, because he's just an extremely vain person. He thinks that he's always right and that his way is the right way.
So he's very good at getting other people to take a certain action, or to see things his way, and then he can persuade them, because he's so good at manipulation. And that's why, again, he's always liked to be in charge and in control. And I think he's extremely manipulative because he can see the weaknesses in other people and use those weaknesses to help himself, or to help them get what they want—to do whatever it is that he wants them to do.
So, if you're going to get close to this guy, you gotta watch out for his manipulations.
