Karuto / Cult personality type is INFJ, so I can relate to what you're describing. The two functions I see in you, the judgments and the ideas, are the same ones that you and I and other INFJs I've met have both had to work to integrate into our lives.
The judgments and ideas that we have to work on, and that we have to integrate into our daily lives, is one of the biggest challenges we face.
I'd also add that, for me, it's not the idea (Judgment) that is the problem. It's the implementation (Introverted Thinking). It's not always easy for me to get it all together. But I've learned to accept that it's a process and it takes time.
You can and do and will and should and must and mustn't and might and mightn't and could and couldn't and will and willn't and cannot and cannotn't and shouldn't and shouldn'tn't and etc. etc. etc. etc.
Who needs all that?
I'd just cut out the "etc."s.
