Pocatello personality type is INFP, and I have a lot of Fe, which I think is why I have a lot of emotions and a tendency to attach to the people who hurt me. I'm also not sure if it's just me or not, but when I was younger and my parents would fight, my father always seemed to be in danger and I would be the one crying and trying to reason with them.
I don't know if that's related to this type. I feel like my emotional reactions are more extreme and I have a hard time stopping them. I have a hard time controlling my own emotions, especially when someone else is hurting me, and it gets more intense with each person that hurts me.
I feel like I'm very emotional and expressive, but on the other hand, I don't feel like I can really reach out to people.
I don't feel like I can express myself at all, that I'm not clear enough most of the time and that I don't understand or like myself at all.
I hate my emotions so much. The only time I feel happy is when I have someone else to share them with.
