Tatterfell personality type is ESFJ, so I knew that I would need to be assertive in order to get what I wanted. I also knew that ESFJs are notorious for their habit of accommodating others, so it would be difficult to get her to do anything that she didn’t want to do. I had to be willing to get into some sort of argument with her in order to get her to agree to go on this trip.
I decided on the following plan:
First, I got myself ready for the trip. I did my research and did some grocery shopping. I did some laundry and did some dishes. I read all of the instructions for the trip and read them several times, and then put them away.
I went and saw the little girl and told her that her mommy was going on a trip and that we were going to be spending a lot of time together because we were going to see the ocean and all of that good stuff. She seemed to like this news and started asking me a lot of questions about the trip.
I called my parents and told them that I was going on a trip and asked if they minded if my little girl came with me.
