Kotona personality type is ENFP, which makes me a somewhat unusual ENFP. I'm pretty sure that even if I were an INFJ, I'd still be a lot like I am now. (The difference is that I'd probably still be a social butterfly who loves to talk about my feelings and thoughts with people, which is what makes me so unique.)
I'm not saying this to brag. I don't think I'm special because I'm an ENFP. I'm just saying it to show you that there is a great variety of types out there.
I've also noticed that most of the people I know who are confident and outgoing and confident and self-assured tend to be extroverted and feel very comfortable around other people and confident and self-assured. The people who aren't confident and outgoing and confident and self-assured tend to be introverted and feel more comfortable around themselves and confident and self-assured.
So, what you should take away from all of this is this:
You don't have to be extroverted to be charismatic.
You don't have to be introverted to be self-assured.
