Darcy Edwards personality type is ESFJ, but the last time I checked the ESFJ stereotypes being so well known, I would have thought that Ms. Edwards would have been an ENTJ.
ESFJ's are the most caring and warm-hearted people in the world.
They are also one of the most socially anxious people in the world, and that is their biggest weakness.
ESFJ's have a hard time seeing themselves as competent or capable, and they have a hard time seeing themselves as leaders. They will not be comfortable in a leadership role, because they will see themselves as a follower at heart.
So they will usually end up being a leader somewhere else, but not at the place where they feel comfortable.
I have been told that ESFJ's are sometimes mistaken for ESTJ's, however, my observation is that they are not as abrasive as most ESTJ's tend to be. There is a bit of a stereotypical ESFJ personality going about everywhere.
ESFJ's are very loyal to their family and friends, and hate to let anyone down. They value the people they love, and will work very hard to keep them happy and fulfilled.
