George Orr personality type is INFP, which is why I have a crush on him.
In personality, we have 4 axes: extroversion vs introversion, sensing vs intuition, thinking vs feeling, and judging vs perceiving. All four of those are in a four dimensional measurement system, which gives you 16 possible combinations. Intuitive/Sensing is the most common combination, and is what most of us have. However, you can look at each of the four dimensions separately, and you will get a different personality.
This is a very obscure way of looking at personality types, but it’s important to keep in mind because it shows that there are different personality types that have different motivations, even when they are all INFP types.

People with MBTI are drawn to INFP because we’re the most “characteristic” type in the system. We are the most romantic and idealistic, we’re probably the most artistic, and we get very upset when things aren’t fair. We also tend to be very creative and often have a hard time being objective about our own ideas.
