    Dmitry Igorevich Shishkin (Russian: Дмитрий Игоревич Шишкин), born February 12th of 1992 in Chelyabinsk, is a Russian classical pianist. He is best known for his performances of many romantic/modern composers' pieces, distinctively those of russian nationality such as Rachmaninoff and Prokofiev, although his interpretations of composers from different nationalities are also very well-regarded. He has won the 2nd prize at the XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition in 2019, and the 1st prize at the Geneva International Music Competition in 2018.
