XJ-6 personality type is ESFP, and for the most part I agree that it is a lesser known personality type. However, it is one of my favorites, and I have found that it is a very helpful type to know, especially in the business world. Sometimes the ESFP will act like a completely different person when they are in a business environment compared to a social environment. They will be more reserved and cautious in their approach to a new situation, especially if they are in a position of authority. Here are some of my favorite ESFP characteristics, as well as some tips on how ESFPs can be more successful in business.
ESFPs are very aware of the world around them. They are constantly observing people and situations around them and use this information to make judgments about people, places, and things. ESFPs are often very aware of the way people talk and dress. They are able to pick up on subtle differences in people’s speech and clothing and use this information to understand people better. ESFPs take their observations and reflections on their observations and apply them to their own lives.
