Tommy Sherman personality type is ESTP, and I want to share a bit of what we’re doing with the NN team. Estimators love to talk, and we just saw a presentation by a company who will tell you the value of your data, and how it integrates with other data, and why it can be used. It’s all about the numbers, and the numbers are so powerful, and so easy to understand, and so compelling.
But there’s a problem. Most estimators don’t know how to tell a story with their data. They don’t know how to create a narrative that will explain the analytics.
We need an Estimator story.
And that’s where we come in.
Here’s what I’m thinking: We need an Estimator Story. And here’s how it could work.
First, we need a podcast where Estimators can tell their stories. These stories can be about their own experiences, but they should be about other people’s experiences too.
