Mini-Me personality type is ESFP, the “childlike”. Both of the mini-me’s at work are great people and I enjoy spending time with them. It is fun to go for lunch and talk about all the things we did the previous day at work. I don’t always get to do this because we both work nights and most of our days off are during the evening and into the night. We also work in different areas of the shop and we don’t see each other that often.
I am finding that my relationships through work are becoming more important to me. I am getting married in September and I want to make sure that my relationships at work are solid. I have told my fiancé that I want to have a close relationship with all his family because he is leaving his family to come to me. I want to be able to have that same kind of connection at work.
I have previously had very casual relationships at work. I have had several friends at work but none of them became very close. I have had many coworkers at other shops who have become very close friends with me.
