I’ve been listening to Hanne’s podcast for a few weeks now, and I’ve been interested in hearing more about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). I’ve read a few books about it, but most of them are for people who are already familiar with it, and I’m still stuck at the “what does this mean to me?” level. So, I was really looking forward to Hanne’s podcast, where she gets to discuss the theory with someone who is genuinely trying to understand it.
My expectations were exceeded. Hanne was very good at explaining how she uses the model in her professional life, and she was able to explain how she used it to detect and prevent workplace bullying.
