That doesn’t mean she’s completely incapable of enjoying herself — she just has a very specific frame of reference for what it means to have fun. And that’s not something that can be faked.
Kikyo’s attraction to Tenzen is biological in nature, not romantic. That’s what she means when she says, “I have a weak body.”
Kikyo is the only character in the manga who has a biological cause for her attraction to Tenzen. She is attracted to him because he is a member of her species. (In other words, it’s not rational.)
