Rin Kashii personality type is ESTP, which is the same as mine. And it's not like I was born with this kind of personality, but rather I formed it by seeing many people like me. I don't think the problem with most people is that they are too nice (maybe I am wrong), but rather everyone is too mean.I'm not saying that if you are a kind person you should be a jerk, but rather that people should be realistic and at least try to comprehend other people's feelings. If you have a problem, just say it. Most of the time it won't turn out to be so bad. Even if you'll be called a jerk, at least you'll feel better for letting it out. And that's how I became a kind person. I'm not saying that because I'm a kind person that everyone should be a kind person as well, but rather that people should have the courage to speak their mind and not just say what people want to hear. It's a common problem among many people, especially women. Especially women who are shy and timid. I was the same way at first, but I got over it quickly enough. But if you can't get over it, don't worry about it.
